Welcome to eCollege-IMS! To get started, log in using your credentials provided by the administrator. Once logged in, you’ll be directed to your dashboard where you can access available modules such as Students, Results, Finance, Hostel, and more.

  • Students: Manage your personal and academic details.
  • Lecturers: Upload results and manage learning materials.
  • Administrators: Manage users, finances, reports, and certificates.

As a student, you can:

  • Update your personal information and academic profile.
  • View your registered courses, results, and fee balance.
  • Access eLibrary and eLearning materials directly from your dashboard.
  • Validate your certificate through the Certificate Validator module.

Staff members can:

  • Upload and manage student results for each module.
  • Access attendance lists, performance reports, and course materials.
  • Participate in eLearning activities and online assessments.

The Finance module allows students to track and pay their tuition and other fees through:

  • Bank integration for control number payments.
  • Mobile money payment options.
  • Automatic payment verification and receipts.

If you encounter any issues while using eCollege-IMS:

  • Ensure your internet connection is active.
  • Try refreshing your browser or clearing cache.
  • If the issue persists, contact the system administrator or ICT department.
